The Business Enabling Environment (BEE) component of OGSTEP is designed to make Ogun State more attractive for business and investment. It focuses on improving the ease of doing business by simplifying processes, enhancing transparency, and promoting digital transformation in government-to-business services.

• Promoting regulatory transparency and e-governance

The OGSTEP Skills sector aims to enhance the demand-driven skills development system by improving STEM teaching in senior State secondary schools, developing skilled workforce for industrial growth, supporting non-formal skills training through the establishment of the Ogun State Skills Fund (OSF) for women, farmers, vulnerable populations, and people with disabilities, and enhancing apprenticeship training in informal sectors.

The Project Agriculture sector emphasizes the development of value chains, ensuring off taker arrangements thus creating jobs and stimulating economic growth across the State. The sector is equally empowering small-holder farmers by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to adopt modern farming techniques, thereby increasing their yields and incomes.
